The rules for using the Vante App dashboard and bots.

These terms govern your use of the Vante App dashboard and bots (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.The Service

For the length of your subscription, Vante App provides bots made for your Discord server (moderation, registration, statistics, protection and the like) and a web dashboard where you manage them. The Service depends on Discord's infrastructure; outages and changes at Discord may affect the Service.

2.Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and be at least 13 years old.
You're responsible for keeping your account and sign-in details secure; don't share your account with anyone. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
Opening a new account to replace a banned one, or trying to get around a ban with other accounts, is forbidden.
If you notice activity on your account that you didn't authorize, report it to contact@vante.app right away.

3.Server owners and admins

A server owner is responsible for the permissions they give the people they invite to the dashboard, and for the changes those people make.
The punishments and rules the bots apply on your server work according to the settings you make; responsibility for these decisions toward your members lies with the server's management.
You must keep your bot API keys secret; if you think a key has leaked, ask for it to be renewed.

4.Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

activities that violate Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines or applicable law,
harassment, hate speech, spam, fraud or content that infringes the rights of others,
attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users, getting around security measures or overloading the systems,
using the dashboard with unauthorized automation tools or scraping data,
reverse engineering, copying or reselling the software.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to contact@vante.app without exploiting it.

5.Subscription, payment and refunds

Paid plans are charged at the start of each period; your subscription's renewal date is shown on the dashboard.
Refund requests are considered within the first 7 days after a charge.
Plan prices may change; a change doesn't affect the current period and is announced before renewal.
If payment isn't made, your server's dashboard may be deactivated.

6.Security records

For the security of the Service and your account, your sign-in attempts, IP addresses, device details and the changes you make on the dashboard are recorded. Which data is kept and for how long is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7.Suspension and termination

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or end your account's or your server's access to the Service, temporarily or permanently.
To have your account deleted, write to contact@vante.app.
On termination, your data is deleted according to the periods in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention obligations.

8.Intellectual property

The Vante App name, logo, software and interface belong to Vante App. You're granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for the length of your subscription. The content you create (requests, comments, images) belongs to you; you allow us to process it in order to provide the Service.

9.Limitation of liability

We work to provide the Service without interruptions or errors, but we can't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for outages caused by Discord or third-party infrastructure, for decisions the bots make according to your settings, or for indirect damages. Your rights under consumer law are reserved.
